the workmanship is high quality and the bag is as pictured. The box was damaged during shipping, crushing the bag which did not have enough padding in it to suffice. The seller offered to exchange it, but I decided to keep it and he provided a partial refund. Overall, I am quite happy with this exchange and the shipper has informed me they will add an extra layer of protection for future shipping issues. I will buy from this seller again.
