      Australia domestic order

      If you change your mind or for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund if the item is unused with the original status. You are more than welcome to return or exchange the product(s).

      International order

      If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund if the item is unused in the original situation, but we will not be able to cover the shipping fees (delivery fee and return fee).

      Customs and import taxes

      Buyers are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not in responsible for any delays due to customs regulations.

      Conditions of return

      Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
