Awww I'm in love! Not only is the bag itself amazing, but the store's customer service is outstanding as well. First off, the bag is well-made and durable. I've used it several times, and there haven't been any issues. The stitching is precise, which enhances the beauty of the bag. The overall look is just classic and elegant. The light taupe color, shape, and size were exactly what I expected—actually, it exceeded my expectations, and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. The only minor thing was that the color of the edges was a little different from the photos on the website, but when I reached out to the store, they responded sincerely and addressed my concern.

As for the customer service, I’d give them top marks. I was initially worried because of a review saying it wasn’t genuine leather, so I asked the store before purchasing. Despite it being a holiday, they replied right away through chat and they assured me that it was genuine leather. When I received the bag and felt it in person, I could clearly tell it was genuine leather. The texture is soft and supple, with natural creases at the bends, and it has that distinct leather scent.

Great product, great customer service, and excellent value for money—I’m thoroughly satisfied. I’m so happy to have found such a good store. In fact, I’m planning to purchase the same bag in black soon because it’s just too beautiful!

Quality and craftsmanship is excellent.

Great quality bag. Very nicely packaged. Shipping took FOREVER though (order placed June 3 bag delivered: August 8). Reason being the summer break they were on which would've been fine if they had said so from the get go. I was informed of this when they finally sent out the bag 1.5 months after I ordered. Really wish they'd have put a disclaimer or something so I knew what I was getting into. When the bag got here I found the strap was missing on top of everything. When I informed them of this they were super quick and helpful and sent it over the next day. Unfortunately that took another 2 weeks (not their fault it was sent from Australia to Europe) but I was still bummed since I'd waited so long to wear the beautiful bag and now it had gotten delayed yet again. Summary: Shipping bad, Communication okay, Item quality amazing

The item is not genuine leather. At most it's imitation leather. Therefore have no idea whether the quality will withstand more than a few wears or is actually durable as some can be. Either way, it isn't as advertised. Keep getting told by seller that bc the item has supposedly been successfully sold to 1000s of others, that therefore genuine leather was used. Yet it noticeably isn't.

The item is fine otherwise. Just it's not worth the cost for a plastic fabrication bag. If the bag had been this design and actually made of genuine leather fabrication as advertised, there'd be no issue.

Seller offered return option. But it's Not worth the time and hassle to hustle out of work early just to squeeze into a post office, so have reluctantly kept bag as a back up ‘gift'instead. The situation isn't ideal. Just disappointing.

This is such a beautiful bag. The craftsmanship is beyond amazing. The materials are top notch. Down to packaging, the level of quality is superb.

This was 2nd time ordering here. I got the brown one first back earlier this year.
This bag is wonderful, looks almost 1:1 with the C**ine bag since it does not have the known name attached to. A really good quality bag for the fraction of price, wonderful craftsmanship. The bag arrived (to East Coast, US) really early than it was promised which was wonderful. I highly recommended this to my friends.

If your a bag enthusiast and hate paying a high pricetag, highly recommend. This store will be one of favorites and ill be on look out for future crafts.

Shipping to Germany was good - it took about 12 days if i remember correctly. The quality is really really really great! The brass is a little too warm in my opinion… But im fine with that :) thank you!

Another great buy from this seller, the bag is beautiful, looks the part and so far seems sturdy and well-made. There are two open interior compartments and a zipped compartment, and although it's not as a spacious as I expected it's enough for everyday essentials. The adjustable strap is easy to use and the bag comes with a handy cotton dust cover. Shipping was incredibly fast and the seller is a pleasure to deal with.

Well made and well looking purse. But mine came with big mark on the front of the purse. Very disappointed!
