i have ordered a few times and am satisfied. I like most of the products they carry, particularly the woven leather. Some of the bags are not exclusive to Alexel Crafts as I have seen the some of the same bags in other websites.Do your homework first and you’ll get some well-made leather products for a good price that are very stylish.

I'm in love! Not only is the bag itself amazing, but the store's customer service is outstanding as well. First off, the bag is well-made and durable. I've used it several times, and there haven't been any issues. The stitching is precise, which enhances the beauty of the bag. The overall look is just classic and elegant. The light taupe color, shape, and size were exactly what I expected—actually, it exceeded my expectations, and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. The only minor thing was that the color of the edges was a little different from the photos on the website, but when I reached out to the store, they responded sincerely and addressed my concern.

As for the customer service, I’d give them top marks. I was initially worried because of a review saying it wasn’t genuine leather, so I asked the store before purchasing. Despite it being a holiday, they replied right away through chat and they assured me that it was genuine leather. When I received the bag and felt it in person, I could clearly tell it was genuine leather. The texture is soft and supple, with natural creases at the bends, and it has that distinct leather scent.

Great product, great customer service, and excellent value for money—I’m thoroughly satisfied. I’m so happy to have found such a good store. In fact, I’m planning to purchase the same bag in black soon because it’s just too beautiful!

I've had my eyes on these bags for almost a year, but I was reluctant about buying them, because I'm on the other side of the world and the deals seemed too good to be true. Finally I couldn't let go and ordered three bags. It's an understatement to say they are gorgeous. All came in two weeks, each individually packaged in its own dust bag with inner organizers. I only got them today, so I can't say anything about durability, but they seriously look like one of the best quality bags I have - and I have some Senreve and Polene ones (all beautiful too) Highly-highly recommend, and would purchase again! Tote collector’s FAVORITE bag ever
I’ve been a fan of totes - and collected many - for years now. A raw edge is imperative for them to stay looking nice and not get cracked/worn.
I was hesitant to purchase this tote as the pricing seemed too inexpensive to be good quality, but it has truly been the nicest tote I’ve ever owned - better than Saint Laurent, Cuyana & Rebecca Minkoff versions I purchased prior. When this handbag arrived I was pleasantly surprised that the liner was included. It helps to keep contents organized and the cloth interior is much easier on my leather wallet than a raw leather interior. I’ve been carrying this purse nonstop for about 9 months now and it looks just as good as the day I purchased it. I’m in outside sales so it gets tossed around all over my car & is subjected to extreme heat & sunlight. I will definitely order more handbags from Alexel Crafts & am so glad I found them on Etsy before they discontinued their storefront.
