To be honest, at first I kind of thought Alexel Craft might be a scam - the prices and the look of the bags just seemed too good to be true. But I decided to give it a try and ordered one bag. It took quite a while to arrive (about 5 weeks), but when it finally did, I was really impressed! The bag is beautiful, well-made, and has no weird smell or flaws. So overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!

I purchased this bag in the same style that has been discontinued. The plant green color is beautiful in person and I love that it comes with two straps. Shipping was faster than I expected. I am impressed and will definitely shop again in the future.
The bag is beautiful! Everyone who has seen it couldn’t help but comment on how pretty it is. It’s very well-crafted—no loose threads, every stitch and weave perfectly in place—and the wine color is gorgeous.
My only minor gripe is that the flesh side of the leather isn’t the same wine color as the top. It distracts me a little, since matching both sides would have made the bag look even more seamless and luxurious.
Kudos as well to the customer service team. I asked to change the color from apricot to wine, and they made the switch right away. They were also very responsive to all my inquiries.
The delivery took a while to arrive in the Philippines, which worried me at first, but I finally received it after 4.5 weeks.

I ordered this purse bag whatever for my daughter in law. She loves the color Green and doesn't like LV's or CC's and how much people (My Wife) pays for those bags. So doing research I ran across this sight and thought why not give it a try! My daughter LOVED the bag!! She was sooooo happy with it. It's real leather, prefect color, her style, and well-constructed. It's going to last just as long as the LV's, CC's, GC's etc. So, if you see something here that catches your eye, give it a shot! Shipping takes a while (over a month) that's MY only minor complaint. I had to contact the business via email to see what the shipping status was long after I placed my order (2+weeks?) and the next day they sent me an email with the tacking data. The bag as still in AU. I don't know why, they must be very busy making awesome handbags. The leather they use is genuine cattle leather, not Roo!!

Excellent product without the heavy price tag. I received my order a few weeks ago and only used it recently. The quality is truly artisanal – premium leather, solid stitching, and it feels like a high-end product. Customer service was impeccable.
Honestly, I was hesitant to purchase at first since there are many similar products online (including Amazon Australia) with poor reviews about quality. I also worried the company might not be legitimate. I was wrong.
Although delivery was later than expected due to a stock issue, Customer Care admitted they should have kept me informed and even refunded part of my delivery fee. In the end, the product was delivered as promised.
Not a scam company – but a legitimate business that exceeded my expectations in both product and service.
A beautiful bag. I like the fact the inside on the shoulder strap is suede. This means it won't slide off your shoulder all the time (one of my pet peeves).

Adequate for a 13 inch laptop or tablet and a couple of text books, with plenty of small pockets for different gadgets. Also by reconfiguring the clips and the external flap, it can hold my 2l drink bottle.

Lovely bag however it doesn't have a closure so it isn't very functional. It's important for me that I could take this bag on long haul flights as hand luggage. Unfortunately I have to send this back. Good quality otherwise.
