Australia domestic order

If you change your mind or for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days for ther refund if the item is unused with the original status. You are more than welcome to return or exchange the product(s).

International order

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days for the refund if the item is unused in the original situation, but we will not be able to cover the shipping fees (delivery fee and return fee). 

Order Cancellation Policy

At Alexel Crafts, many of our products are handmade. Once an order is placed, payment processing fees, transaction costs, and administrative expenses are incurred immediately.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. For change-of-mind cancellations, a small handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover some operating costs.

If the cancellation is caused by an issue on our side, such as an item being unavailable, we will provide a full refund with no handling fee.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs regulations.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
