From the moment my Son opened the parcel with his new wallet in, he was smiling from ear to ear, already praising it and rubbishing his old tatty one. He absolutely loves it. I was initially disappointed at the service but in the end it wasn't too bad and my Son loves his new wallet, so Alexel crafts have done pretty well in my book. A beautifully well crafted wallet turned up, time will tell how it handles my sons Busy life. He wore the sides and corners out of the old chinese PU faux leather wallet he had. First, I am generally satisfied with the bags. However, despite emphasizing that your products are handmade and printing “handmade” on your boxes, I found many of your bags sold wholesale on platforms like Alibaba. This makes me question whether some, or even all, are truly handmade. I am disappointed that your branding creates this impression, raising concerns about your company’s honesty.
Secondly, I find it hard to understand why you charge such a high markup but fail to provide proper packaging. My bags arrived crammed into a box, which deformed their shape. You could source suitable boxes from Alibaba cheaply, making this particularly disappointing.
Overall, the bags are of average quality. While generally satisfied, the questionable handmade claims, pricing, and poor packaging have disappointed me.
I am so pleased with my bag ! Beautiful quality and rich chocolate brown color. Looks expensive with designer vibes. I will definitely be purchasing adding items.

GOAT bag. I have a few work bags but this is the by far the best. Leather is high quality, and the silver hardware against the black leather looks on point. Adjustable removable strap is more than long enough for me to wear as shoulder or crossbody. Huge inside with a few pockets and a zipped closure. Perfect work bag for any corporate guy.
