Quilted Suede Lambskin Drawstring Bucket Bag – Gold Chain Shoulder Bag | Diamond Quilt with Side Flap Pockets & Turn-Lock Clasp

Quilted Suede. Gold Chain. Effortless Carry.

This is the kind of bag that makes a simple outfit look considered. Made from genuine suede lambskin with a matte, velvety finish and diamond quilting stitched directly into the surface, it brings the texture and quiet luxury of a heritage leather bag to a compact, wearable everyday size. The leather-interwoven gold chain strap, the gold push-turn lock clasps on the side flap pockets, and the chain drawstring closure are all the hardware this bag needs.

Four colourways — Dark Chocolate, Light Brown, Grey, and Purple — each in the same quilted suede lambskin with gold tone hardware throughout. The kind of bag that photographs as well as it wears.

► Key Features

• Genuine Suede Lambskin Exterior: The body is crafted from genuine suede lambskin — a velvety, matte surface leather with a fine nap that gives the quilted diamond pattern an exceptionally soft, dimensional look. Suede lambskin is lighter and more supple than smooth leather, with a tactile quality that no synthetic material can replicate.
• Diamond Quilting Throughout: The quilted diamond pattern is stitched directly into the suede, covering the full body and side flap panels. The contrast between the soft matte surface and the precise stitching lines gives the bag its structured, considered aesthetic — the kind of detail associated with Parisian handbag heritage.
• Leather-Interwoven Gold Chain Strap: The shoulder strap is a gold-tone metal chain with suede leather woven through each link — a construction that softens the chain against the shoulder, prevents it from slipping, and adds visual warmth. The strap has a 25cm drop, designed for shoulder or underarm carry.
• Chain Drawstring Closure: The top closes via a gold chain drawstring threaded through suede eyelets, gathered with a small suede tab at the centre. When drawn, the top gathers into a soft, structured crown. When loose, the bag opens fully for easy access.
• Two Side Flap Pockets with Gold Push-Turn Clasps: Structured quilted flap panels on both sides of the bag each feature a gold push-turn lock clasp, providing quick-access storage without interrupting the clean front silhouette. A distinctive detail that reads as considered rather than added on.
• Gold Hardware Throughout: All metal components — chain links, eyelets, turn-lock clasps, drawstring guide — are finished in warm gold tone, consistent across all four colourways.
• Interior Slip Pocket: One interior slip pocket for cards, cash, or small essentials that you want kept separate from the main compartment.
• Compact but Capable: At 21cm × 10cm × 15.5cm and 450g, this bag fits comfortably under the arm or sits neatly on the shoulder without bulk — yet carries a full-size iPhone Plus, iPad, power bank, compact, and umbrella simultaneously.

► What Is Suede Lambskin?

Suede lambskin is a split leather made from the inner side of the lambskin hide, brushed to raise a fine, even nap. It is one of the softest and most tactile leathers available — lighter and more flexible than smooth leather, with a surface that catches and holds colour with exceptional richness.

• Texture: The characteristic matte, velvety finish of suede absorbs light rather than reflecting it, giving bag surfaces a depth and softness that smooth leather cannot achieve. The quilted diamond pattern in this bag is particularly striking in suede — the nap catches the stitching and creates a subtle shadow effect around each diamond.
• Weight: Suede lambskin is among the lightest leathers used in bag construction. At 450g, this bag is comfortable for all-day wear without putting pressure on the shoulder.
• Colour richness: Suede takes dye particularly deeply and evenly, producing colours — especially deep chocolate, purple, and grey — with a saturation that smooth leather rarely achieves.
• Care considerations: Suede requires slightly more care than smooth leather — it is more susceptible to moisture and surface marks. A suede protector spray applied before first use provides a significant layer of protection. See care instructions below.

► Style Notes

"The quilted chain bag in suede is softer and more tactile than the same shape in smooth leather — the diamond pattern settles into the nap rather than sitting on top of it, the chain strap drapes differently, and the whole bag reads as warmer and more considered. It is a Parisian bag aesthetic translated into something genuinely wearable every day."

Dark Chocolate is the richest of the four — a deep, warm brown that pairs naturally with camel, cream, khaki, and earth tones, and reads as elevated against black. Light Brown is the most versatile neutral — a sandy tan that works across seasons and wardrobes without competing with any colour palette. Grey is the most contemporary — cool-toned, understated, and particularly effective as a contrast to warmer outfits. Purple is the statement choice — a warm, dusty violet that adds a considered pop of personality without reading as loud.

Wear it on the shoulder for a relaxed carry or tucked under the arm for a more deliberate, dressed-up feel. The chain strap doubles as a visual anchor whether it is slung or looped.

► Care Instructions

• Apply a suede protector spray before first use and reapply every few months, particularly in wet-weather seasons.
• Brush the suede gently with a soft suede brush after use to restore the nap and remove light surface dust.
• Blot moisture immediately with a clean dry cloth — do not rub. Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
• For surface marks or scuffs, use a dedicated suede eraser or rubber block. Brush gently in one direction after.
• Store in a dust bag away from direct sunlight, which can fade suede colourways over time.
• Avoid contact with damp or rough surfaces. Suede is more delicate than smooth leather — handled carefully, it ages beautifully.
