2. Choose Your Leather & Colour

  • Let us know your preferred leather type and colour.

  • We can advise on the best leather for durability, softness, or structure depending on your design.

3. Get a Quote

  • Contact us directly, and we’ll provide you with a personalised price based on your chosen design, size, and leather.

4. Production Time

  • Existing Models: If we already have the model (for example, a designer-inspired style), it will take 5–10 business days to complete.

  • New Models: If we don’t have the model, creating it from scratch will usually take 2–3 weeks.

5. Important Notes

  • Every bag is handmade to order, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

  • Because customised bags are made to your personal specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a faulty issue.
