I’m quite disappointed with this purchase. The bag looks much better in photos than in reality. The material feels stiff and synthetic, the quilting is flat instead of plush, and the hardware does not feel durable or well-crafted.
Considering the price, the overall quality does not justify the cost. It lacks the premium feel that was implied.
I would not recommend this product unless improvements are made in both materials and finishing.
I initially loved this bag and it was exactly what I was looking for and looked beautiful. Unfortunately after a few uses one of the straps started to unravel. I emailed the company and they said that it was too long after me receiving the bag for them to process an exchange (I had only used it a few times spread out over a coupe of months) but that they would reimburse the cost of repair if I took it to a leather repairer. I went to 5 or 6 bag repair places before I found somewhere that could fix it as it was not an easy thing to fix. It took them over a month to be able to fix it, but I was very grateful. Soon after the other strap has now started to unravel and is unusable. Unfortunately the bag looks lovely but the quality is poor.

Very light weight, occassional bag. I’ve seen this on many other we sites for less $. I dont believe alexel crafts actually makes this bag since it is offered so widely online. Made me a little disappointed. Feels and smells like leather, lined with cloth. Closes smoothly.
Very stylish and well made, although ive discovered this same bag on some other sites for less $. I do wish the lining was tacked down inside of the bag.
This purse is everything I wanted. Beautiful genuine leather, small but very roomy inside and cool colors. I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend.
